The Coolmax MiniMax 12 is the new generation of LED fittings for the Customer who wants a better look to their LED downlights.

The recessed nature of the CREE MC-E emitter allows for a stunning new smooth look. Not only is the look modern and clean, the new machined optics allows for a strong 60 degree beam. Far superior to any LED downlights on the market.

With its wide defined beam spread it is now possible to more accurately define lux count over the surface to be illuminated, giving a smoother more comfortable light.

The fitting is a fixed downlight complete with the driver mounted in an elevated position to allow for better driver ventilation and longer life.  The outer diameter is  a 95mm with a standard hole saw cutout of 83mm, (3 1/4" ) The fitting comes prefitted with plug & flex to give the fastest installation time possible.

 The recessed area of the fitting is gloss white and the outer rim is matte white. The fitting is dimmable and C-Bus Compatible

The Coolmax MiniMax 12 is also able to be used in for undereave lighting in a bushfire area as it will not allow embers into the roof space

The MiniMax 12 has passed fire testing to AS; 1530 Part 3 at 800 deg C, so, with the approval of your Building Inspector it can be used in a BushFire Zone and also in a Fire Rated Plaster ceiling without affecting the plasterboard's fire rating.
