Refund and Exchange Policy ECOsparks.com.au have gone to great lengths to ensure that all product offered are of the highest quality, however if you are not happy with your purchase, goods normally stocked by us can be returned unopened within 7 days and we will provide a full product refund (delivery costs excluded). Goods ordered in specifically for you may be able to be returned. It is a the sole discretion of the ECOsparks.com.au management to allow a refund. If they can be returned a 20% restocking fee will apply. For any faulty products purchased through ECOsparks.com.au, please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we will provide you with a repaired or replacement product (at our discretion) upon testing by us or the manufacturer. Goods damaged in transit are not returnable.
Terms of Sale & Ownership of Goods All LED Lighting Products remain the property of ECOsparks.com.au until they have been fully paid for by you. We are not required to deliver any product to you until payment has been received in full. The products you purchase are considered your once paid for, once goods leave our premises they are considered to be in your in your care and control. It is your responsibility to insure your good for transport. We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects. All warranties and representations are otherwise fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.
LED Brightness Please be aware that the lumen output of the products is the output stated by the manufacturer, with the optimum driver in ideal conditions.
You will not achieve these output figures without the matched driver in similar conditions.
